Our robotic department is successful at engineering tooling and programming for small and large lot runs. Robotics provide consistent results supplying our customer with the best price available. Our robots have been programmed by a in house collaborative group of advanced metal finishers who work with our engineering department to apply over a century of metal finishing knowledge into your part.
Hand Polishing
Hand polishing is not a "lost art" at Industrial Polishing & Grinding Inc. for pieces that need special care, a special touch, there is no substitute for the trained hands and eyes of a skilled craftsman.
Vapor Cleaning
CNC vapor degreasing provides a programmable cleaning system that removes polishing compound from complex parts. We utilize ultrasonic technology to clean blind and threaded holes. Since this system is programmable it allows us to change programs based on customers requirements. |
